INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of milk (any kind your heart desires)
1 spoonful of Nutilight
ice (to make it frozen)
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until well mixed and smooth!
After served, add some whip cream on top for more flavor!
